Responsibilities / Involvement
You’ll get involved in a broad range of disputes including:
* Commercial & residential property matters
* 1954 Act lease renewals, rent reviews & dilapidations
* Forfeiture, possessions & service charge issues
* Telecoms, trespass & FTT applications
What they’re looking for
Someone proactive, technically strong, commercially aware and confident managing clients — with an interest in business development and building lasting relationships.
