Responsibilities:
1. Food Preparation: Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards, adhering to food safety protocols.
2. Station Management: Oversee the production at your station, maintain supplies, and ensure cleanliness.
3. Quality Control: Ensure high standards in presentation and taste of all dishes.
4. Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members, support colleagues, and mentor junior chefs.
5. Menu Development: Collaborate on recipe creation and improvement.
6. Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep the kitchen clean and equipment in good condition.
Minimum requirements include proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar, knowledge of various cuisines and techniques, strong understanding of food safety, and excellent teamwork and organizational skills.
