Keeping our armed forces running smoothly as a medical officer.
As a medical officer for the Capita Recruiting Partnering Project (RPP), you'll be carrying out efficient medical screenings, appeals and approvals at our Army Assessment Centre. By making sure the right candidates pass assessment, you won't just be keeping our recruitment process running smoothly, you'll also be helping to build lifelong careers in the army. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody looking for a different kind of clinical career, but still make the most of their skills and experience. Even better, there's no shift work and no nights, just a great work-life balance whilst helping to make our country safer.

* deputising for the lead medical doctor during any absences
* assisting with the first-level appeal process and maintaining appeals within the agreed service standards
* maintaining GMC registration, licence to practise, accreditation and skill mix
What we're looking for

* IT literacy and experience with Microsoft programmes
* excellent organisational skills
* the ability to work effectively and efficiently to tight deadlines
* an effective communicator in person and on paper
