Multi-site Hotel Manager – Premier Inn – Newton Abbott Cluster. Lead the management of four Premier Inn hotels to achieve guest satisfaction and compliant, high-performing operations across the portfolio. Location: Newton Abbot Racecourse, Newton Road, Newton Abbot, TQ12 3AF. Salary: £49,500 - £51,000.
As the leader of four hotels, you are responsible for the safety of everyone within the properties, building strong teams, and driving the hotels to be vibrant, guest-focused destinations.

Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate Hotel Managers across 4 hotels to ensure outstanding service, results and compliance
* Collaborate with Hotel Managers to manage daily operations across hotels, including bar and kitchen, to maintain UK leadership in guest experience
* Understand the bigger picture to drive improvements and identify commercial opportunities
* Ensure health and safety standards are met throughout the hotels
* Develop and coach Hotel Managers to deliver high-performing teams
* Support the delivery of regional plans within brand standards
Qualifications
* Experience in a complex/high-profile business with a hierarchical/matrix structure
* Strong leadership skills and experience working with multiple business partners
* Experience coaching and developing large teams to deliver business goals
* Excellent people management and communication skills with a warm, engaging approach
* Strong commercial awareness, P&L management, and Health & Safety compliance experience
