ICT Technician
Job Overview
St Helens College is seeking an ICT Technician to provide first and second line helpdesk support, assisting with hardware/software problems and technical support for Local Area Networks and Wide Area Networks.
Responsibilities
* Provide first and second line ICT helpdesk support.
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
* Support LAN and WAN operations.
Qualifications
* NVQ Level 2 IT qualification (or equivalent) or working towards.
* GCSE grades A‑C in English and Maths.
* Proactive customer‑service approach, meeting service levels.
* Recent experience in an IT/customer service environment.
