Role Overview
This role is for a highly motivated Business Support Coordinator responsible for providing administrative support to the London Tenant Representation & FOS Team at our Baker Street HQ, ensuring the smooth operation of a busy department.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the team, including the Head of Department in their absence.
* Act as an ambassador for the team, maintaining strong relationships with clients, managers, and employees.
* Support financial processes such as WIP reconciliation, invoicing, travel approvals, expense claims, and supplier payments.
* Attend and document team meetings, ensuring follow-up on actions.
* Assist with mandatory training compliance.
* Manage correspondence, including typing, letters, schedules, and newsletters.
* Coordinate diaries, meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements.
* Troubleshoot IT issues and liaise with relevant teams.
* Support onboarding and leaver processes collaboratively with Operations.
* Maintain and update contact info, storage systems, and electronic files per audit standards.
* Promote information security best practices and escalate issues as needed.
* Provide marketing support, liaising with Marketing Communications for event materials, social media, and brand compliance.
* Assist with business development activities, including pitch creation and client management.
* Organize and attend team and department events.
* Collaborate with other support teams and assist during high-demand periods.
Key Experience Required
* At least 3 years of experience in operations or administrative roles.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
