The Opportunity
* Specialise in Company Commercial matters, a key growth area for the firm
* Play an active role in marketing, networking and developing new business
* Build and maintain strong client relationships across a broad range of sectors
What Experience is Required?
* Around 3 years’ PQE with a background in Company Commercial law
* Solid experience handling business sales, acquisitions, and drafting contracts
* Strong understanding of the Companies Act 2006 and general contract law
* Commercially minded with a focus on delivering outstanding client service
* A collaborative team player with excellent technical and commercial skills
