Responsibilities
* Support the countywide fast‑paced multi‑disciplinary stronger families team (SFT) comprising social work management, youth workers and parent and family workers who work alongside children’s safeguarding teams where children and young people may be at the edge of care or the team are stabilising and supporting their existing care plans, contributing to positive and creative outcomes for children and their families.
* Provide essential administration support to the team, being an experienced administrator with strong administration skills including working knowledge of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, databases, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook). Panel organisation and minute‑taking experience would be advantageous.
* Be highly organised and self‑motivated, have excellent time management skills, work towards and meet deadlines, identify areas for service improvement and develop this new role based on support needs of the service.
* Build excellent and strong interpersonal relationships with colleagues and service users alike.
* Act as the first point of contact for families and the team, manage conversations in a compassionate and professional manner over the telephone, and record information accurately onto our internal database system (Mosaic).
* Travel on occasion to participate in pre‑planned team meetings and professional development; a driving licence and access to a car would be advantageous.
Qualifications
* Experienced administrator with strong administration skills and working knowledge of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, databases, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook).

* Availability to travel and possess a driving licence and access to a car.
