Quality Technician (Part-Time) – Norfolk On-site at OEM Plant, Norfolk Monday–Friday | 2 hours per day £18 per hour We’re recruiting a Quality Technician to support our automotive client on-site at an OEM plant in Norfolk. This is a part-time role focused on investigating quality issues, supporting production, and maintaining strong customer relationships. What You’ll Be Doing Acting as the quality interface between our client and the OEM customer Attending site to investigate quality issues raised by the customer Assessing non-conforming (NOK) parts and determining responsibility Organising and carrying out stock checks, inspections, and rework Supporting production continuity by agreeing inspection and rework processes Replacing faulty parts where required Providing samples and feedback to relevant stakeholders Monitoring and supervising sorting activities Completing reports in line with requirements Helping prevent repeat issues through corrective actions Maintaining strong customer relationships and preventing escalations What We’re Looking For Ideally a Quality Engineer or Quality Technician with automotive experience Strong communication skills Technical background preferred (degree in engineering/technical sciences is a bonus, not essential) Fluent English (spoken and written) Able to commit to a minimum of 2 hours per working day Comfortable working on-site in a production environment Apply now with your CV and a brief overview of your quality experience.
