We’re looking for people to work days and weekends who can have great conversations over the phone and online. Whether you have previous sales experience or are new to the sector, we will provide the necessary training to ensure your success.
This isn’t cold calling; these are conversations with current or interested parties. Your role as a Call Centre Advisor is to turn those conversations into leads for our sales team.
The ideal candidate will be focused, target-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and have a fabulous telephone manner. This role is 17.5 hours a week.
Responsibilities
1. Calling prospective customers at their request or speaking with them online
2. Listening to what our customers want and guiding them through our product ranges
3. Securing appointments for our sales team to meet customers and complete sales
4. Meeting set targets through product knowledge and excellent customer service
Requirements
1. Excellent verbal communication skills
2. Experience in telesales, retail, estate agency, or customer service is desirable
3. Basic IT skills
4. Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
5. Self-motivation
