To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate:
* Membership of RICS, CABE, or equivalent (or suitable experience), with ongoing CPD
* Registration as an RBI (all levels considered)
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to build client relationships and deliver excellent client care
* A proactive attitude and capability to work independently and within a team
* Experience in analyzing and solving complex issues with effective solutions
