Job Description
3. Maintain accurate financial records and process transactions.
4. Prepare and reconcile accounts, including invoices and payments.
5. Manage payroll and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
6. Support the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
7. Assist with budget tracking and expense management.
8. Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax-related documents.
9. Handle queries related to accounts and provide solutions.
10. Collaborate with the accounting and finance team to streamline processes.
11. Assist with month-end, particularly for Purchase Ledger.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Bookkeeper should have:
12. Proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
13. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
14. Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
15. Knowledge of payroll and tax compliance processes.
16. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
