1. £39,000 to £45,000 per annum
2. Monday to Thursday
3. 39 hours a week

What you'll be doing in this role:
6. Ensuring accuracy of production data, materials planning and scheduling
7. Managing ERP system integrity and improving business processes
8. Overseeing inventory control and S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning)
9. Leading continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
10. Supporting product configuration and standard costing enhancements
11. Communicating schedule updates and coordinating with internal teams
12. Managing a production control team focused on customer service and performance
What you'll need for this role:
13. Degree (or equivalent) in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field
14. Proven leadership experience in a senior manufacturing role
15. Strong ERP systems knowledge (Oracle preferred)
16. Background in lean manufacturing (e.g. 5S, Kaizen, Kanban)
17. Confident communicator with excellent planning and organisational skills
18. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
