Paid Search Executive
We are looking for a Paid Search Executive to join our eCommerce Digital team. Based at Next Head Office in Enderby, Leicestershire!
The Role
As the Paid Search Executive, you will support developing and delivering our PPC and PLA activity for NEXT to maximise profitable acquisition of new customers from international countries and generation of sales from existing customers via the channel. You will work closely with our media agency and key search partners to deliver profitable performance campaigns.

* Analyse performance data to identify trends and ensure our activities remain profitable.
* Partner with internal marketing and trading teams to align search activity with business goals.
* Explore innovative opportunities to stay ahead of the digital curve.
* Take ownership of channel reporting to share insights that help us grow.
What You’ll Bring
* Experience: Practical knowledge of Paid Search/PPC and platforms like Google Ads.
* Analytical Skills: A natural ability to turn data into actionable insights.
* Communication: Confidence to build strong relationships with internal teams and external agencies.
* Mindset: A results-oriented approach and ability to work at pace in a dynamic retail environment.
* Integrity: Honesty and responsibility for doing the right thing.
