Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Field Service Engineer. The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and providing technical support on all DR systems in our portfolio for your assigned area. The engineer will also ensure high-quality customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively. Qualifications & Experience
* Field Service and Preventive Maintenance skills
* Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support
* Excellent problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work independently and remotely
* Experience in the medical imaging equipment sector
* Degree or equivalent in Engineering or related field
* Valid UK driving license
