Senior Design Engineer As a Senior Design Engineer, you will be responsible for managing all design engineering principles, creating new project designs, and improving the established product range. You will provide clear leadership, mentor and guide the team, and ensure high standards and principles are adhered to. An ideal candidate will have experience in design for manufacture, offer sound engineering practices, and be able to consider the financial aspects of each design. You will also be involved in managing resources efficiently, monitoring and reporting, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and supervising, training and mentoring design engineers.
