About the Role This is a fully ambulatory equine position, allowing vets to manage cases thoroughly on-site with strong support from colleagues. The practice values clinical freedom, giving you the space to grow as a clinician while having a supportive network to rely on. Fully Mobile, Fully Supported You will work from a fully equipped veterinary van, including: • Ultrasound • Digital X-ray • Motorised dental equipment • Gastroscope and Endoscope Support on the road is provided by: • An experienced and approachable veterinary team • A highly organised and supportive office team • Skilled horse handlers to assist with challenging cases Benefits & Perks • Competitive salary: £40,000 – £60,000 • 4-day work week (8:30am – 5pm) • 1 night/week on call and 1 in 4 weekends (quiet OOH) • Paid overtime and OOH stipend • Extra paid time off at Christmas • Unlimited CPD, profit sharing, and flexible working options Location The practice is based in Staffordshire, offering the best of both worlds: picturesque countryside near the Peak District, with Manchester just 60 minutes away and London approximately 90 minutes.
