My client is a well-established Microsoft Partner seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Dynamics 365 Business Central Support Consultant to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong Business Central experience who is eager to develop their skills further within a leading Microsoft Partner.
Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day support for Dynamics 365 Business Central users
* Troubleshoot and resolve functional and process issues across finance and operations
* Handle configuration tasks, data maintenance and basic system changes
* Work with vendors or partners on escalated issues or customisations
* Maintain documentation and assist with user training and system updates
Skills & Experience
* Solid background supporting Dynamics NAV / Business Central
* Good understanding of finance or operations processes
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
* Proactive, detail-focused and able to engage with stakeholders at all levels
* Experience in a partner or end-user environment beneficial
