The Opportunity
The business has been thriving within the Finance and Insurance recruitment sectors for over a decade. Their consistently exceptional delivery to their loyal client base means they are incredibly stable as a businesses with fantastic job security and growth opportunities across both of their offices.
The main sectors the cover are Insurance and financial services, exposure or experience in these markets would be an advantage, but all professional services will be considered for a biller with a strong track record.
The Ideal candidate
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 18 months full 360 Recruitment experience, with evidence of self sourcing clients and running the full recruitment cycle. Candidates up to Associate Director level can be considered. Currentl annual billings must be £180k +
You will either be looking to continue in you current vertical, but seeking an 'employee first' business that promotes development and autonomy, or from another professional services sector, eager to transition into Finance or Insurance, with evidence of strong 360 experience in your current market.

Salary and Benefits:
* Salary starts at £35,000 base all brackets are based on billing history
* Commission up to 50%
* Annual performance bonus
* Flexi time
* Half day on Fridays (1pm finish)
