Administrator roles available working Day Shifts for an award winning global document storage company at their client site near Seascale (CA20 1PG) with free parking onsite!!As our client is delivering services in the supply chain to MOD defenceprojects they have a genuine occupational requirement for the role to be open toUK nationals only.
Hours & Shifts: Monday to Thursday 7am-4.30pm (0700-1630); Friday 7am-11am (0700-1100)
Pay Rate:£12.96 per hour
As Administrator you will be working in an office environment within their warehouse based with responsibility for the following:
* Keying information from documents into the computer to register the document in the system
* Preparing boxes of documents readyfor scanning
* Separating sheets, removing staples, separating booklets etc
* Scanning the documents using various types of scanning machines
* Filing and archiving of documents
* Quality checking all digitised documents against hard copies
* A target driven operation with tight deadlines
We are really keen to hear from applicants with the following skills and experience:
1. Administrator, Warehouse or Production background ideally but not essential
2. Full training will be provided for those without experience
3. Excellent attention to detail
4. Basic keyboarding skills
