The Role
You will manage a varied Commercial Property caseload from instruction through to completion, including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Commercial leasing matters
* Refinance and SIPP transactions
* Bridging finance for commercial and residential property
* Commercial and residential developments
* Land transactions, including development land, overage and option agreements
You will also assist with specialist property matters and provide support to other departments on property-related aspects, including probate sales. The role includes regular client contact and responsibility for delivering clear, practical advice.
About You
* Qualified Solicitor with experience managing your own Commercial Property caseload
* Strong experience handling commercial property sales, purchases and commercial leases
* Confident reviewing and approving freehold and leasehold titles
* Comfortable raising and responding to enquiries and preparing reports for clients and lenders
* Experienced using property case management systems and working within lender requirements
