A leading college in Cambridge is seeking an organised and proactive Apprenticeship Advisor to join their Apprenticeships team on a temporary basis. This position offers flexible daytime hours and the opportunity to contribute to a supportive, student-focused environment.
The Role
You’ll provide high-quality administrative and advisory support to ensure the smooth running of the college’s apprenticeship programmes. Working closely with staff, employers, and learners, you will:
1. Support the administration and coordination of apprenticeship programmes.
2. Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with funding and compliance requirements.
3. Liaise with employers and learners to support enrolment, progress monitoring, and completion.
4. Assist in preparing reports and ensuring key deadlines are met.
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who:
5. Has strong administrative experience, ideally gained in a busy educational or training environment.
6. Is highly organised and detail-oriented, with excellent communication and IT skills.
7. Can multitask effectively and work independently within a structured framework.
8. Brings a proactive, professional attitude and a genuine interest in supporting learners’ career development.
