 
        
        Responsibilities
 1. Processing customer orders and dispatch paperwork accurately.
 2. Liaising with purchasing and warehouse and other internal teams to meet customer requirements.
 3. Negotiate with freight couriers for best shipment options.
 4. Keep customers informed and updated with tracking details and documentation.
 5. Maintain accurate admin records and supporting process improvements continuously
 6. Provide wider team support and cover as required.
To be considered for the Sales Order Processor role you will have
 7. GCSE Maths & English (Grade C/4+) or equivalent.
 8. Previous admin experience in a fast-paced environment.
 9. Confident using MS Office, email, and online systems.
 10. Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
 11. Proactive, organised, and a great team player.
 12. (Desirable) Experience in sales admin or logistics
 13. Full UK driving licence, preferably your own transport due to location
