We are seeking a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our agency team. The role covers a broad mix of digital marketing activity including organic social media, paid advertising, graphic design, video content, email marketing and reporting.

You will work directly to client briefs, delivering high-quality digital content and managing multiple accounts across different industries. You'll collaborate with internal SEO, PPC, Web and Digital teams to support fully integrated campaigns. A wider understanding of digital channels and general marketing principles is desirable.

Responsibilities
Deliver day-to-day digital marketing activity across social media, paid advertising, content creation, email marketing and general campaign support.
Plan, create and schedule organic social media content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
Support paid advertising activity (e.g. Meta Ads, Google Ads) by assisting with asset creation, targeting research and campaign preparation.
Produce on-brand graphics using Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva or similar tools.
Capture or create short-form video content suitable for TikTok, Reels and other platforms.
Write engaging copy for social posts, emails, landing pages and digital assets.
Assist with building and sending email campaigns using tools such as Mailchimp.
Work to client briefs to produce digital marketing outputs that meet objectives and deadlines.
Support the development of digital marketing plans, including campaign themes and content ideas.
Conduct research into competitors, audience behaviour and platform trends to inform recommendations.
Collaborate with internal SEO, PPC and Digital teams to align campaign messaging and ensure consistent delivery.
Track digital marketing performance across social, email, paid and content activity.
Produce monthly reports with insights, recommendations and clear actions.
Use analytics tools and platform insights to assess what is performing and why.
Apply data-driven thinking to improve future content and campaign results.

Requirements
Proven experience in a digital marketing or social media role (agency or in-house).
Strong copywriting ability with adaptable tone of voice.
Confident using Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva or similar creative tools.
Comfortable creating short-form video content for TikTok, Reels etc.
Comfortable using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
High attention to detail and consistency in delivery.
Experience with reporting, insights and performance tracking.
Experience with TikTok content creation or strategy is a strong bonus.
Basic understanding of SEO, PPC or wider digital channels is desirable but not essential.
Experience with email marketing tools is a plus.
Self-starter with a proactive, positive approach and willingness to get involved across the team.
