Role

The role supports a rapidly growing branch network and the central pricing & procurement teams by managing multiple aspects of the system product and cost file.


Main Duties

* Maintaining the central product file and purchase costs for the branch network within our Kerridge trading system.
* Monthly supplier price increases
* New product updates
* Liaise with suppliers and the central procurement team on product and purchase order queries, product rationalisation and key manufacturer updates
* Analyse the product file for areas of improvement and update accordingly
* Develop good working relationships with both the central team and those within branch


Key Requirements For The Role

* High attention to detail
* Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and establish priorities
* Comfortable in a team environment
* The ability to communicate effectively with central departments and the branch network
* Efficient in Microsoft Excel
