Typical day as a Housing Management Worker Older people service over 55s Making sure that our customers properties are homes they can be proud of, youll support your customers by engaging and involving them in their tenancies and community. Help our customers with housing benefit claims, making sure that these are received on their rent account. To keep our properties fully occupied and the rent accounts up to date. Youll carry out and record the routine safety and compliance checks in our buildings and communities making sure were compliant.
