What Youll Do Prepare and publish weekly medical rotas, ensuring clinical sessions are covered. Identify and manage gaps in staffing, arranging cover for planned and unplanned absences. Ensure on call services are covered at all times. Liaise with operational service teams to resolve and escalate issues impacting rotas.
Coordinate locum and temporary staffing, ensuring the right cover is in place. Maintain records of annual leave, study leave, and staff absences. Provide support to medical staff regarding rota queries and study leave entitlement. Contribute to improving rota management policies and processes.
