Description
Blue Handling provides Ground Handling services to Ryanair at its largest European base and is currently recruiting Customer Service Agents to deliver excellent customer service at Stansted Airport. These full-time, permanent roles involve working airside with a financially secure airline, supporting passengers across various touchpoints. No prior airport or aviation experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided through classroom and practical sessions. This position is ideal for those looking to start a career in aviation. Shifts are based on the flight schedule, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and bank holidays. Immediate interview and start dates are available.
Duties include:
1. Assisting and guiding passengers at check-in and gate areas
2. Baggage processing
3. Boarding passengers onto flights
4. Providing passenger assistance, handling customer complaints, and other duties as assigned
5. Working effectively as part of a team
6. Ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols
Requirements
1. Excellent customer service skills

4. Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK (Pre-Settled Status accepted)
Note: Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive 5-year background check to obtain an airport ID.
