Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy, presentable, and safe for our clients and staff. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
* Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
* Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and sanitised as required.
* Manage waste disposal and recycling processes effectively.
* Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs.
* Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning needs and preferences.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
* Drive to various locations as needed to complete cleaning assignments.
Experience
* Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role is preferred but not essential.
* Strong communication skills in English to interact with clients and team members effectively.
* Customer service experience is advantageous, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction.
