A leading full-service law firm in Leeds is seeking a skilled and proactive Legal PA / Secretary to join their busy team.

The Role:
You will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to solicitors and fee earners, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the department. Attention to detail, discretion, and excellent organisational skills are essential.

The role offers flexible working including hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments
2. Arranging travel and accommodation
3. Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence
4. Handling incoming and outgoing communications with clients and colleagues
5. Liaising with court officials and external parties as required
6. Maintaining accurate and organised filing systems
7. Supporting fee earners with general administrative tasks to ensure deadlines are met

Who We’re Looking For:

8. Previous experience as a Legal PA or Secretary within a law firm essential
9. Experience of working in an Employment Law team advantageous
10. Exceptional organisational and time management skills
11. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
12. Ability to work confidentially and handle sensitive information
13. Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
14. A proactive, reliable team player with a keen eye for detail
