UK Commercial Excellence Manager – Global Pharmaceutical Company
Salary: £80,000–£90,000 + bonus + car allowance + benefits
Team: Lead a team of three
Location: Slough (3 days per week on-site)
A global pharmaceutical company is seeking a Commercial Excellence Manager to lead its Business Excellence function and drive commercial performance across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead Business Excellence across BI, analytics, digital/omnichannel, and IT
* Drive data-driven decision making using SQL, Power BI and Salesforce CRM
* Improve field force effectiveness, targeting, segmentation, and performance
* Oversee forecasting, reporting, data governance, and commercial insights
* Support HCP engagement strategy and digital capability development
* Manage and develop a team of three specialists
Key Requirements
* Strong experience in pharma Business Excellence, Commercial Excellence, or BI/Analytics
* Advanced skills in SQL (essential), Power BI, Salesforce CRM (or equivalent tools)
* Ability to translate complex data into clear commercial actions
* Leadership or team management experience (preferred, open to a leadership mindset)
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
