Overview
This role is for a Business Development Manager to drive sales growth across the manufacturing and engineering sectors. You’ll identify and win new business, manage key accounts, and lead a small team to deliver results.
Location
Location: Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, or Cambridgeshire (covering East Anglia, London & South East). Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (37.5 hrs). Primarily remote with occasional HQ visits (Nottingham).

Duties
* Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and relationship building
* Manage and grow existing accounts
* Lead and support two team members
* Build strong client and distributor relationships
* Track market trends and deliver revenue growth
Key Skills
* 5+ years’ sales experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment
* Proven ability to secure and grow accounts
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Confident, target-driven, and self-motivated
* Full UK driving licence + flexibility for occasional overnight stays
