We are seeking a dynamic, analytical, and inspiring Director of Engineering to lead and manage the department, develop the curriculum provision, enable learner success, and ensure the highest standards of delivery.
The successful candidate will demonstrate sound knowledge of funding methodologies with the ability to maximise income streams through the development and growth of new programmes and existing programmes. More specifically, you will be required to lead the development of FE and HE programmes in aeronautical and space technologies to be delivered in the College's new purpose built Aeronautical Centre due to open in September 2025.
You will have a broad range of experience working in an educational or training environment.
You will be educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant subject, hold Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths (or the equivalent qualifications e.g. GCSE grade C or above or grade 4 or above) and possess a teaching qualification (minimum Level 5).
