Job overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic committed professional to join us as an Teaching Assistant
The successful candidate will:
* Mentoring, supporting and inspiring learners by supporting them with curriculum-based learning in the classroom, on home tuition and outreach and through outdoor activities.
* Assist with the preparation of learning material and contributing to the delivery of learning objectives with a strong focus on behavioural management.
* Daily reports on learners' progress and barriers to learning.
* Interaction with parents/care givers on a regular basis.
Our ideal candidate will have:
* A committed and passionate view of students with SEND
* At least two years' experience minimum of working in a SEND environment or similar unit/provision
* A level 3 TA qualification is advantageous
