Property Administrator – Watford (office based) – c£30k to start We’re working with a well-established Property Consultancy who are looking to hire an accomplished Property Administrator / Assistant to support their existing Block Management team as follows: Working office based in Watford, 9am to 5pm Mon-Thu and 9am to 4pm on Friday Assisting with day-to-day block management duties across a 27-block portfolio Responding to leasehold enquiries and coordinating documentation Supporting general insurance administration and renewals Dealing with service charge queries Processing deed of covenant requests and lease extensions Handling freehold consents for property changes Suitable Property Administrators will have 2 years previous property experience (ideally within a leasehold environment), their own vehicle, a stable career history, excellent communication skills and the desire to commit and progress long term.
