Following a multi-million-pound investment in our facilities and capabilities, we’re expanding our technical function to support new product development, value engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives. What You’ll Be Doing As a key member of our technical team, you will: Drive new product development, supplier engagement, material innovation, and process improvement. Lead value engineering initiatives to enhance product functionality, reduce costs, and improve manufacturability without compromising quality. Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver development objectives on time and within scope. Support ongoing continuous improvement across materials, methods, and processes to optimise performance and efficiency. Ensure all projects meet quality, health & safety, and environmental standards. Validate products against regulatory and international standards for compliance and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams using engineering tools and assessments to verify the feasibility of new materials, processes, and products. Support operations with the introduction of new products and process changes, creating and maintaining key documentation: What You’ll Bring A recognised qualification in an engineering or technical discipline.
