Role & Responsibilities: o Responsible for the implementation of production processes, leading productivity improvements with project based activities, including NPI and manufacturing cell design.
and delivery of the design and validation plan for all new products. o Identify manufacturing needs for new products in the development stage. o Assist with shop floor layouts and cell designs and design fixtures and tooling for assembly teasks.
o Reduce variability in manufacturing by providing standard work methods and work instructions. o Improve manufacturing efficiency by analysing and planning workflow, space requirements and equipment layout. o Oversee the installation of equipment and machinery.
