Workload will primarily be based around the Staffordshire/Derbyshire area.

Working hours:

Our client is offering the successful Residential Surveyor:
3. Basic salary of £50,000 (pro-rata for part-time)

Residential Surveyor requirements:
7. Minimum AssocRICS qualified
8. UK driving license
9. VRS
10. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
The role of Residential Surveyor will consist of:
11. Carrying out Level 2 reports
12. Mortgage Valuations
