Salary: 45,000-50,000 + Team bonus + 8% non-contributory pension

We're looking for a commercially minded Account Manager to join our sales team at Ghyston, a bespoke software development house based in central Bristol.
This is an account growth role with real ownership. You'll take responsibility for a portfolio of large and mid-market clients, with the expectation that you treat every account as a place with more potential than we've tapped so far. We want someone who proactively gets in front of new teams and decision-makers across those organisations rather than simply managing the contacts already there.
You'll work closely with our Sales Director, CTO, and Delivery Director on strategic accounts, and lead independently on others.
You'll be responsible for:
* Owning and growing a portfolio of existing client accounts with quarterly account plans
* Identifying, qualifying, and progressing new opportunities within your accounts
* Building relationships with new stakeholders across client organisations
* Leading clear, purposeful client meetings that uncover new opportunities and strengthen relationships
* Contributing to proposals, solution design and client pitches
* Maintaining accurate pipeline and account data in HubSpot
We’d love to hear from you if…
* You have 4+ years experience in B2B account management, business development or presales, ideally in tech, consultancy or digital
* You have a track record of growing existing accounts and proactively opening up new relationships within them
* You have experience selling into or managing large and mid-market organisations.
* You have the confidence to be equally at ease on the phone and presenting to senior stakeholders
* You have CRM experience (HubSpot ideal) and a genuine interest in using AI to work smarter
