JOB TITLE: Business Support Assistant
LOCATION: Cambridge
HOURS: 19 hours per week (40 weeks per year - term-time plus 4 weeks)
SALARY: £11,402 - £11,497 (£24,092 - £24,292 FTE) (Pending job evaluation)

We have an excellent term time plus 4 weeks opportunity to work at our small and friendly Cambridge campus (located in Milton) working as a business support assistant / administrator.
Our Cambridge campus focuses on landbased programmes, primarily in animal management and equine. In this part-time role (2 and half days per week - must be Thursday and Friday (all day) and in the morning on a Wednesday) you will support all of our students, staff and visitors with a wide range of queries to help ensure the smooth running of the campus. This will include greeting visitors and applicants, supporting the curriculum team administration, organising educational visits, supporting learners to return to college after an absence and much more. The role really is varied and no two days are the same! You will be part of a small team at the campus but will work closely with those in the same role at other campuses to help ensure that all of our students are in the best possible place to succeed with their course.
Responsibilities
* Greet visitors and applicants and provide front-facing campus support.
* Support curriculum team administration and general office duties.
* Organise educational visits and coordinate related logistics.
* Support learners returning to college after an absence.
* Collaborate with colleagues at other campuses to ensure consistent student support.
* Assist with a variety of queries to help ensure smooth campus operations.
