This is a fast‑paced, target‑driven role where you'll engage customers across voice and digital channels, predominantly through outbound activity, with some inbound contact. You'll confidently identify customer needs, present the right solutions, and convert opportunities across energy tariffs and service products - all while delivering an excellent customer experience.
