Position Overview: The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the school's dynamic PE department, inspiring the next generation of students. The role entails fostering a love for developing students, equipping them with essential skills for the modern world. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver engaging and rigorous PE lessons aligned with the national curriculum and school's educational goals across Key Stages 3 and 4. Create a stimulating classroom atmosphere that promotes student curiosity, problem-solving, and collaboration. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to facilitate individual growth. Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the PE department and across the school to enhance the learning experience. Stay abreast of current pedagogical approaches and developments in the field of PE. Qualifications and Experience: A Bachelor's degree or higher in PE, or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification. Demonstrated experience teaching PE at the secondary level.
