Main duties of the job
As a Specialty Doctor at LYPFT, you will benefit from:
1. A bespoke SAS CPD training programme
2. Access to a study leave budget for CPD, conferences, workshops, and courses
3. Participation in internal weekly educational meetings with Consultants and trainees
4. Monthly clinical supervision with a Consultant Supervisor
5. Support for MRCPsych exams and Section 12 approval if needed
6. Membership of a peer group and the SAS committee
7. Two protected SPA sessions per week
8. Opportunities for emergency on-call work if desired
9. Invitation to the annual Medical Leadership Day
10. Opportunities to apply for Trust medical leadership positions
11. Active participation in revalidation and annual medical appraisal
