Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and medication.
2. Help with household tasks such as meal preparation, cleaning, and shopping.
3. Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, promoting their independence and well-being.
4. Ensure all care is provided in line with individual care plans, and maintain accurate records of visits and activities.
5. Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
6. Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care.
Requirements:
7. Must have at least 6 months of care experience.
8. Registered with Social Care Wales.
9. Access to your own vehicle and a valid UK driving licence.
10. Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature.
11. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Shifts and Pay
17. Shifts: weekly rota, 4PM - 10PM
18. Pay: Weekdays - £11.50, Weekends - £12.00
19. Mileage: 0.35p
