A large and wonderfully diverse primary school in Acton is looking for a reliable, enthusiastic and community-focused lunchtime supervisor to join our busy midday team. Our playgrounds are buzzing with energy, and we need someone who can support positive, inclusive play.
Main tasks:
* Helping younger pupils with lunch routines and practical tasks
* Managing a busy playground with awareness, confidence and warmth
* Encouraging cooperative play and discouraging unsafe behaviour
* Offering support to children who need help socialising or joining in
* Ensuring school policies and safeguarding rules are followed consistently
