Your new role As a registered manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of Deputy Managers, Team Leaders and Residential Workers who are all dedicated to transforming lives and creating positive outcomes. You will also oversee the full range of activities involved in managing the accommodation, such as planning, budgeting, staffing, monitoring and reporting. You will have a solid understanding of the CQC regulations and policies for the home and the ability to deliver at least ‘good’ in the home’s cqc inspection. What you’ll need to succeed Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for adults Prior experience in a supported living setting, including at least a year with staff supervision and management responsibility. A passion for achieving the best possible outcomes for adults Excellent leadership and staff management abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
