As a Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for all customer communication while the vehicle is undergoing maintenance and repair in our network centres. What Will I Be Doing Using detailed scripts to gather information from the call and apply logic to assess the best course of action Proactively maintaining knowledge of products and services and learning new information to solve our customers unique queries.
