THE ROLE:
- You will be responsible for a varied commercial property caseload to include leases, sales, purchases, and re:mortgages involving registered, unregistered, leasehold, and freehold properties
- Draft, review, amend, and issue legal documentation, including detailed transaction reports for clients and professional lenders
- Support colleagues across the department and maintain excellent communication with both existing and new clients
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 2 Years PQE.
- You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
- You will be confident and capable of managing a busy commercial property caseload with minimal supervision.
