We're looking for a confident and organised Lead Receptionist to oversee front‑of‑house services and ensure an exceptional experience for all visitors and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
-Manage reception rotas, attendance registers, and team coordination
-Check and issue visitor/contractor passes
-Book meeting rooms and support daily operations
-Act as Incident Marshal and raise H&S issues
-Log helpdesk requests and follow up actions
-Arrange catering and deliver hospitality services
-Set up the Business Events Centre for meetings and events
-Provide hospitality figures for Mitie and HMRC
-Manage shared mailboxes and availability trackers
-Using CAFM systems (Maximo)
-Doing any administrative tasks when and as required
