3. Process and code supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
4. Reconcile supplier statements to ensure records are up to date.
5. Handle supplier queries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
6. Prepare payment runs in line with company policies.
7. Assist in month-end reporting for the accounting and finance team.
8. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
9. Collaborate with other departments to support operational needs.
10. Provide general administrative support to the finance team as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:
11. Previous experience in a similar role within the accounting and finance sector.
12. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
13. A good understanding of purchase ledger processes and systems.
14. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
15. A proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
